The proposed architecture opts for simplicity, lightness and transparency, with the aim of blurring its boundaries until it almost disappears, and integrating harmoniously with the Enrique Gastelumendi mansion.

The focus is given to the carefully tended vegetation of the landscaped areas, which create a highly qualified sensory environment for study and teaching.

The old mansion is naturally and effectively linked to the new facilities, providing universal accessibility to all areas of the building and clearly separating academic functions from other uses.
