The preliminary project corresponds to a building intended for the performance of outpatient Magnetic Resonance Imaging procedures, aimed at meeting the growing demand for diagnostic imaging for the early detection of oncological diseases.

Its design integrates into the existing environment, optimizes the relationship with the adjacent buildings, and strengthens the supply of specialized services in the area.

The proposal is developed in accordance with current regulations for Specialized Healthcare Facilities, providing only outpatient care. The project meets the technical and functional criteria established for a Category II-E Healthcare Facility.
