GA. MMA is a Peruvian company dedicated to architectural design and comprehensive management of building projects, using the BIM methodology.


It is directed by Luis Marcos Díaz, an architect specializing in the technical development of highly complex projects, both in the private sector and for public administrations.


We offer a comprehensive and multidisciplinary consulting service, which can range from carrying out basic studies and preliminary projects, to the comprehensive management of technical files, including the complete development of detailed engineering, technical direction and supervision of the works.

    Founding Partner and Technical Director

    Spanish architect, Master in Building, with more than 15 years of experience in the development of projects and execution of works, with a high degree of specialization in the design, planning and construction of hospital buildings.


    He is a Professor of the Architecture Workshop at Ricardo Palma University, a visiting professor in the Master of Hospital Architecture at the Catholic University of Murcia, and has given numerous lectures on Hospital Design and Construction in Peru.


    Among his most notable projects, he has been Project Manager for the expansion of the National Police Hospital in Lima, developed in fast-track mode using BIM methodology.
