The preliminary project proposes the construction of a building intended for outpatient consultations and procedures under the modality of short-stay surgeries, organized as a closed establishment, which allows for efficient control of flows and an orderly operation.

The design incorporates rooms for low and medium complexity procedures, as well as spaces intended for minor and outpatient interventions.

In the basement is the Magnetic Resonance Imaging Unit, where the isolation and confinement of the magnetic field guarantee optimal conditions within a compact and specialized configuration.
