The proposal is based on the well-being of the user, through spacious and comfortable spaces, easy

orientation within the building, light management, and inclusion of vegetation in the design.

As constructive criteria, proposing quick and simple execution systems, high

performance, easy supply in the country and reduced maintenance.



As an urban aspect, the public character of the establishment is reinforced, and its inclusion in the

immediate surroundings as an architectural landmark and reference point, contributing to the development of the

locality and urban quality.
