FOOD PROCESSING PLANT

The project, carried out in collaboration with AIDHOS, aims to build a new hospital on land belonging to the Luis N. Sáenz National PNP Hospital, which has a total area according to the Public Relations Office of 42,248.54 m2.



A modular and repetitive system was proposed, characterized by the speed of assembly and the standardization of construction details, seeking maximum efficiency in execution through a fast-track system; giving priority to dry construction systems, guaranteeing performance equivalent to or better than traditional masonry construction.

Currently, the project is an international benchmark for hospital architecture, having been awarded in May 2023 with the HONORABLE MENTION in category II of the “II LATIN AMERICAN HOSPITAL ARCHITECTURE PRIZE 2023”, held in Bogotá, Colombia by the Colombian Association of Hospital Architects and Engineers (ACAIH) and the Colombian Society of Architects (SCA).
