The projects are grouped into a single design-build package, following the ARCC/UKDT methodology, within the framework of government-to-government (G2G) agreements between Peru and the United Kingdom. These are two Level II-1 hospitals, built using a fast-track approach.

GA MMA, in consortium with PINEARQ, developed the design of the establishments up to Phase 3 (Basic Design /Preliminary Design of Specialties), including the structure, equipment and facilities, as well as the road and environmental studies of the hospitals.
