The project stems from the commission to design a single-family home on a sloping plot, with the challenge of making the solar orientation compatible with the extraordinary views offered to the west.

The house is resolved on two levels; the upper level contains all the rooms for private use, configured as a viewpoint towards the horizon, while the lower level is intended for recreational areas, directly related to the natural terrain.

To avoid direct sunlight in the different rooms, passive protection systems have been planned, which are complemented by a studied flow of natural ventilation, seeking to optimize spatial comfort without affecting energy consumption.
